These terms and conditions apply to hotel bookings provided by us in our capacity as the service provider. By proceeding with the payment, you agree to accept these terms and conditions.

  1. Pricing

All prices displayed for hotel bookings are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND).

  1. Payment Methods

When making payments for bookings on the website icciholiday.vn, buyers may pay via:

  • Option 1: Domestic ATM card / QR Code
  • Option 2: Visa / MasterCard / JCB cards

icciholiday.vn shall not be held liable or legally responsible for any failure in issuing e-tickets resulting from inaccurate transfer amounts made by the buyer. Any payment transfers executed past the designated payment deadline will result in booking failure.

icciholiday.vn is always ready to support and address all customer inquiries to ensure a convenient shopping and payment process.

  1. Payment Security

The payment policy for transactions made via international cards and domestic cards (Internet Banking) guarantees compliance with the security standards of our Payment Gateway Partners, including:

  • Customer financial information is protected throughout the transaction process via the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.
  • PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) certification provided by Trustwave.
  • One-Time Password (OTP) sent via SMS to ensure authenticated account access.
  • 128-bit MD5 encryption standard.
  • Information security principles and regulations prescribed for the banking and financial sector under the regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam.

Payment transaction security policy applicable to Customers on icciholiday.vn:

  • icciholiday.vn provides a token storage feature—storing only encrypted strings provided to icciholiday.vn by the Payment Gateway Partner. icciholiday.vn does not directly store Customer card information. The security of Customer payment card details is managed by licensed Payment Gateway Partners.
  • For international cards: Customer payment card details that could be used to authorize transactions are not stored on the icciholiday.vn website system. The Payment Gateway Partner will store and secure this information.
  • For domestic cards (Internet Banking): icciholiday.vn stores only the order ID, transaction ID, and bank name.

icciholiday.vn is committed to strictly enforcing all necessary security measures for all payment activities conducted on the icciholiday.vn website.

PRICE POLICY

Article 1: Scope of Application

This Policy stipulates the listing and application of prices for services provided on the website icciholiday.vn, aiming to ensure publicity, transparency, and compliance with applicable laws.

Article 2: Price Listing Policy for Goods and Services

  1. Service prices listed on the website are directly decided and published by the Company.
  2. Prices are displayed in Vietnamese Dong (VND).
  3. The price of each service is clearly displayed on the website before the customer proceeds with booking.
  4. The website publicly discloses all costs, including:
    • Service price (inclusive of Value Added Tax – VAT);
    • Service fees (if any);
    • Shipping/transportation fees or other costs (if any).
  5. Before the customer completes the transaction, the system will display the total amount, including all prescribed fees and charges.

Article 3: Price Application

  1. The price applicable to the customer is the price displayed on the website at the time the customer completes the service booking and receives system confirmation.
  2. Once a transaction is successfully confirmed, the Company shall not unilaterally change the price of the established transaction, except in the following cases:
  • With the customer’s consent;
  • At the request of a competent State authority;
  • In the event of an unavoidable circumstance or a technical error directly affecting price display, where adjustment is permitted by law.

Article 4: Price Adjustments

  1. The Company reserves the right to adjust service prices to align with business policies, promotional programs, or market fluctuations.
  2. All price changes will be publicly updated on the website prior to the effective date.
  3. Price adjustments shall not affect transactions that have been successfully booked by customers and confirmed by the system, unless otherwise agreed by the parties or provided by law.

Article 5: Fee Policy

  1. We directly provides services on the website and does not collect any fees from sellers or third parties to list services on the website.
  2. All amounts payable by the customer when using the service will be fully disclosed prior to transaction confirmation.
  3. In case there are additional fees arise outside the service price, we will clearly notify:
  • The type of the fee;
  • The fee amount or fee calculation method;
  • Applicable conditions;
  • Timing of occurrence.
